About Our Homemade Soba (Buckwheat Noodle)

Soba, a long-time staple of the Japanese diet that is reversed for its flavor and health-giving qualities, is the featured dish at Sobakoh, where fresh soba is handmade daily from US and CANADA crop buckwheat flour.
This year we have very special soba from Canada, called KITAWASE soba. Its full taste and delicate fragrance are preserved by stone hand grinding, which minimizes the heat that´s created to turn this extraordinary plant into flour. All natural ingredients make soba a healthy meal at Sobakoh. Our hand- made soba noodles come in rich flavored soup, using 1 to 2 year-age dried bonito to get a mild flavor.
Our commitment is to purity, freshness and good taste. We hope you will enjoy our soba and start living a healthy life!
